The tune I finally received was adjusted for my headers. It made my idle jump to over a 1K and the car was extremely rich. 13 mpg/avg and CEL came on again. I will happily send it, but it's worse than the original MD tune.
Days later, while waiting for a response from them, I installed my JLT intake and used the JLT tune and its perfect! Even though it's running well now, I'm gonna take the car in for a custom tune. With all my different mods I think custom is the only way to go.

I finally got the tune this morning at around 10 from MD after actually talking to Ken over there and basically holding him hostage on the phone until I got it in my inbox. It actually only took about 5-10 minutes once I confronted him... so why did he/they give me the runaround for over 2 weeks? Anyway, once I opened the file with my Xtreme software, it turns out it's just my stock file. And the xtreme software is so basic, you can't edit more than just minor stuff so I can't program the file to make my compter think I have no cats (I gutted my cats) or anything like that. So, I e-mailed Doug at www.bamachips.com and he might hook me up with a custom tune. Nice guy, and he sells the SCT for $325... good deal. Sorry I ever bought it at MD.
