Vortech timing questions

I have a 2005 Mustang GT with a base Vortech kit with the supplied Diablo tune. The car also has 4:10s, off road X pipe, and 4:10s. I took it to the track for the first time with the SC the other night and the car seems to hesitate badly when I powershifted it. It almost felt like the older Cobras did when they pulled timing on the shifts. Has anyone else had this problem? I plan on an SCT dyno tune soon so I am hoping it can be tuned out with their software assuming it is a tuning issue. The car pulls hard besides that and trapped 113-114 most of the night but my 12.40s were a bit dissappointing and I know there is at leats a tenth or two lost by the hesitation. Thanks

No such problem with my base (non-cooled) Vortech kit, however it is tuned using SCT software by Brent at Brenspeed. Check out www.brenspeed.com for more info.

I have a Paxton. My canned tune from them was lets just say not so good. I had it custom tuned on a dyno and was ALOT better. Wherre do you live if here in So CA try Adam at ST Motorsports he can tune that out.
