The addition of the 8-rib drive will provide maximum belt traction for those looking for high horsepower applications. The Maxgrip upgrade maintains the factory automatic drive belt tensioner and includes a provision to tension the belt manually for high boost and racing applications. This system is compatible with all Vortech Supercharging Systems for the 2005+ Mustang GT. The installation requires an OEM alternator removal tool and custom computer tuning if changing supercharger drive pulley diameter.
Included in the system are a 3.47” 8-rib supercharger pulley and associated serpentine belt; OEM quality A/C, power steering, alternator, idler and crank damper pulleys; and all necessary hardware and precision machined spacers. Suggested retail price is $595.95.
The Maxgrip 8-rib upgrade is available wherever Vortech products are sold. For more information visit Vortech on the web at VortechSuperchargers.com.

Nice! Good for all the Vortech guys.
I hope something similar comes out for the Saleen SC, too.
