Tracking has it still in memphis TN.

I checked friday and it said on schedule for delivery but was still logged as TN. So I called them and they told me it would be here by end of the day friday and it never arrived.

Their computer shows it still in TN also but they insisted that it would arrive friday.

I sent Doug an email but don't know if he got it yet.

They told me that I was to contact the shipper and have him call them, why I have no idea.

Anway.. just wanted to share my pain...

I've never had this happen in my 35yrs of living on planet earth.

 

Man, that sounds just like mrkabc's problem!

Read his thread and see if he got it resolved.

UPS is horrible. I will never ship with them again. As an ebay seller, 50% of all packages I have shipped through UPS have been damamged and lost. Then you have to battle with them to get them to honor their insurance.

 

thanks Tacobill , I read the thread and called Doug as well this morning. He said that UPS has been screwing up lately. He's not around till wednesday morning so he said to wait and see if it arrives like the other guy markabc and if not when he gets back he will call them.

I never thought I'd be one of those UPS horror stories.

 

I'd give it a few more days. My problem was UPS had told me it had been delivered to my place and left at the front door, and the driver *swore* that he had left the package and hinted that it had been stolen.

The box very quietly turned up on my porch two days after the "date delivered", as pretty as you please. UPS driver was nowhere to be found and the customer "lack of" service drone threw attitude, telling me "at least you got the package."

Sooo... my advice: Hang in there, wait a few more days, then SCREEEEAM! If it is in fact lost Doug has to file the claim - they won't talk to you at all as the recipient. He was great BTW. Keep us posted as to how it goes.

 

It came today at work. I had to call and check since i didn't go in but it arrived.
