Tuner question

We just bought a 2007 GT convertible and the previous owner swapped out the tires for some low-profile tires. The ride and handling is fine, but the speedo is off about 10 mph off at highway speed. I just need to get a tuner to change the speedo, but not change anything else (the girlfriend says to leave her car alone). I really don't want to spend almost $400 for a tuner just to change the speedo. Should I try to buy a used tuner? Any suggestions?

I think Americanmuscle sells a spedo recalibrator made by ford racing. If not then grab an SCT tuner and flash the ecu behind her back lol

AM does sell the speedo recalibration tool, but I would spend the extra money for a tuner

If you go for a used one just make sure it is unlocked!

This is a case where you can buy one unitasker, or a versatile tool that will open up a lot of possibilities with the car and allow you to diagnose engine codes.

Anyways you're single - do what you want with the car. A woman who won't respect your right to have hobbies isn't someone to stay with long term.
