I just had a strange experience trying to order some parts from Shelby Autos Inc. They have a website that looks like any other one. You click on the part, go to the shopping cart and enter your information. Instead of asking for your credit card it says, we'll contact you for order and shipment info. So, I called them today, and the lady says...well the parts guy may get back to you this week or next week, and they probably don't have the parts in stock anyway. They may have some things in after the first of the year.

Is it just my luck, or have you guys had this same experience? Sounds like a heck of a way to do business. I'm not sure I'm going to go through with the order.

 

It tells me they are not interested in doing business in the 21st Century.... I'd ditch em

 

I agree. Not much sense in having a website with a "BUY" button if someone needs to call you back. Look for a better source. They won't be around for long with that kind of service.

Sorry guys, its all very new and everything we showed at sema will not be in till first quarter. Then it will be automatic.
