We'll, I finally got my car back today with the new differential, 4.30 gears, Stainless Works 1 3/4 long tubes, and 3" exhaust. I go tomorrow to have it dynoed and a custom tune on the SCT. I, will of course, post numbers once I get home.
Some things I picked up....
Never disconnect the battery with the key in the ignition. It will wipe out the computer. It didn't happen, just thought it did. I attempted to install a shift light-NO. I had my mechanic attempt the same-NO. He had to order a wiring schematics for the 05 as well as the complete shop manual-$250. NO ONE had any idea which wire would be the one to hook up to the shift light. Steeda, Paul's HP, some Ford guys, Autometer, MSD and the list goes on, no one has a clue. I look forward to getting the tune, breaking in the gears and getting to the track. I will take some sound clips of the exhaust, once I get it off the dyno. It is pretty loud though. Not too bad at idle or under 3000 rpm. Above 3000, LOUD. I'll keep all those interested posted.

You prolly won't get a good dyno this soon after gear install.

As much as I hate to admit that your right Paul, I have to get it tuned though to get the computer right in the head. My other dyno pull where I hit 294 rwhp was 10 mins. after 4.10's were installed. It'll mesh good then I'll go back in a month to get her dynoed again. The mechanic that does my tedious work was surprised that he was able to order the manual as well. He will be getting it in a few days. I'll see if I can get the info for you.

It was a nice night, 65 degree's clear and calm. Humidity was real low, mabey 10 % or so. The track was in great shape, I followed all the great advice from here, such as staying out of the water box, lowering my launch RPM's, feathering the clutch at launch etc. I launched at right about 3000 RPM's, hooked the clutch just right and power-shifted at about 6200 RPM's. The tire's broke loose on the 1-2 shift, 2-3, and 3-4! Everything finally came together...

Yup, like I said everything came together just right. I could only replicate it one more time, so I'm still polishing my driving skills.... :bang:

No cats. It's worth maybe 3-5 hp. If it gets annoying with how loud it is, I may put cats on it.

These 05's are harder to run at the strip than it may sound. I'm at 294 rwhp and when I put in the new clutch, it was breakin loose at every shift. It would have been more scary with 312rwhp. I'm taking baby steps.
Jays' got a bigger set.

hmm.. i couldn't even brake loose the tires on my buddies 600whp viper on the 3-4 shift
but if you say so I guess its possible.
in my 05 I have JLT CAI, SCT tune, SLP loumouth exhaust, Steeda U/D pullies, frpp 4.10 gear set. and some weight reduction and I'm lucky to chirp on the 2-3 shift.

I have a different clutch that hits really hard as well as an upper third link which helps it squat harder. The other problem is that my suspension was too soft, so I lowered it 1" with Steeda sport springs which really helped out a lot. I'm waiting on aftermarket adjustable coil overs. Besides all that, if you have the traction control on, you won't break loose running down the track as well as get the best possible time your car is capable of running. Above all that...I say so.

I can only chirp 3rd every so often when the clutch is really gripping. First to second I am able to rip the tires loose. If I nail it in first at a steady 3K rpms, my car just goes. I figure I should be around 285-290 rwhp with my mods.

Sometime's horsepower and gearing can take a backseat to really knowing your car well and hitting the "sweetspot".... I can "chirp" the 1-2, 2-3 all the time with no problem's. The 3-4 was a two time adventure, maybe a little something on the track as it's only happened there, but both time's it happened it lead to my best time's at the track. Which lead's me to believe I was finally hook'n it up just right...Time will till I guess.
