Yes agree! The mods seem to never end. Just when you think your done! think again.Myself I want stage 4 cams,LT headers and forged block and brake up-grades and shifter. then I might be close to done.

Yes there is... personally, I still want/need a new dual fuel pump system, a roll bar, a new torque converter, Bogart wheels, a trailer, yada, yada, yada.... LOL

 

Slightly off topic- Don, are you still running the stock torque converter???

yep, as soon as my blower was on, the stock converter started to slip.

I'm wondering if my stock clutch is gonna experience the same difficulty as your converter.....

 

My stocker started slipping right away, but it was only evident when trying to speed shift into third. Normal driving, it was fine, just wouldn't bark them in third. When we took the clutch out, it looked fine, just wouldn't hold the power.

 

Thanks Brad, I guess I'll find out soon enough. Hopefully if it does slip, Brenspeed will catch it either on the dyno or on the test drive so they can put a new Spec in there if they need to.

 

Yeah those darn blowers make so much power that you have to keep spending money to get all that power to the ground!!!

When are you getting yours?????

 

I haven't had any problems yet, but If the clutch starts slipping ,then I'll up-grade it. I got down on it the other day and when I went to 2nd gear, starting spinning and had to let off just a little,got back in to it and spon in third . I like when I really start off ,how it puts you back in the seat,so hard that the seat belt tighten until I let off. It is very addicting.

 

well about 10 days yet till I pick up the car.......
