Tci streetfighter shifter worth it?

I was wondering if any body has this and tell me the pros and cons?

there are a few threads floating around about it. if you have an auto, it is the way to go.

edit: in fact, there is a sticky thread about it.

Im looking to get this too but I always find something else to buy that makes more sense ... if your not planning to do to many mods then I think its worth it but as for me its the last thing im going to put it my car .... a lot of good reviews though

Its in my plans to get but it always takes a back seat to other mods it seems, might be fun to have though.

I have one and love it. It looks great and is a bunch of fun. But if you still have some more go mods you want to do you should spend the bucks on them first.

Great advice. It's fun, good for show and much higher quality then the factory shifter. Unfortunately there's no HP gain associated with it (unless you put the sticker on, maybe).

Like Tim said. All show no go. There is something to be said for having one of the few parts of the car you touch almost all of the time being really high quality.

I agree with above statements, and also enjoy my TCI Pros= cool, fun / Cons= $$$

I like the **** you got on there...looks better. Yea i was going to buy this a few months back...but i baught a frpp 62mm tb instead...should have got the streetfighter...

I do like the looks of this **** too but, I bought it mostly for comfort. Not too hot in summer, not too cold in winter. I end up driving around with my hand on the **** a lot.

I do the same with the stock shifter always got my hand on it...im used to five speed...but yea is that just a threaded ****? Like a normal manual has?

Yes it is threaded. What size it is, I don't know, other than the TCI **** is right size.
