Sway Bar Question?
I like to drive the twisties around where I live and was wondering how much benefit I would get by adding the Ford Racing anti-roll bar kit? My suspension is stock with the exception of Roush rear springs. I have good rubber on all four corners. Advice?

While I don't know the rates of the Roush rear springs, I can tell you that I needed to take out 50lbs out of my rear springs after adding the FRPP/Eibach kit. I'd guess if the rear springs are under 200lbs. you should be OK. Start with the front bar in the middle position and adjust accordingly.

Depends how well balanced your car really is (does it push a little or a lot). Unless you get it out on a skid pad, your perception may be subjective. By design, our car manufactures set the cars up to push some ... generally more stable and safer than oversteer. For performance you only want a litte push or netural. If you buy a matched kit (front and rear) the result will probably be okay, though with your higher rate rears your car will predictably push a little less and be closer to having oversteer tendencies (though heavy gas pedal action can stimulate that tendency)
