Suspension Question - diff btwn Roush, Steeda & Ford Racing

I am looking at upgrading the suspension. Have narrowed it down to these three as they all work in partnerships with Ford in aftermarket products. They all offer kits with front, rear sway bars, springs and shock/struts. Can anyone with experience and knowledge tell me what the pros and cons are of each of these companies kits?

Things I already know - Steeda sells FRPP shocks/struts also Tokiko. Also they all have Strut Tower braces. Roush and Steeda also offer billet rear trailing arms. Is it OK to mix and match across different company product lines?

Thanks

I spent a week in a GT-H that uses the FRPP suspension. The setup is great, the car rides very tight with little to no roll in corners. It feels like a serious sports car with the change as opposed the the soft stock suspension. Also the strut tower brace is the nicest I;ve seen./

Ihave the complete roush suspension and roush billet trailing arms. Had to get adj. Panhard bar from BMR as it wasn't available from Roush. It is like it is on rails
