suspension help

I'm getting ready to get 4.10 in my 5 speed I have 275 on the rear and I'm spinning a little bit and was seeing the best way to get it to hook because spinning isn't winning lol

Sounds like we've got similar mods, my long tubes and off road h should be going in Saturday. I haven't done any suspension mods either. From what guys have told me control arms seem to be the best mods to reduce wheel hop. As far as spinning goes, that's due to the limitations of the tire you're running. I've got 275 NT555s and I find they only hold about 2500 when launching with a little spin. With that said, I'd do radials and rear control arms. I'm not too familiar with the characteristics of your cams but I'm running ***** thumprs which reduce low end torque. You're gonna love the 410s though

roberts,

You're definitely going to love the 4.10's effect on acceleration. It couldn't be more of a night/day difference! Lower control arms are a great suspension upgrade for extra traction and reducing that annoying wheel hop. I don't think you can really go wrong with J&M or BMR, they both make a killer product. I'm sure you'll be happy with either one!

Let me know if there's anything I can help with too!

Shane

Best for wheel hop is springs, ford K springs to be exact, I got the J&M and it reduced the hop under acceleration and rain but not during break stands at the strip, the lower springs fixed it all
