Supercharger and Divorce, or No supercharger
I recently told my wife I was seriously considering supercharging my Stang. She simply said go ahead and do it....If you want a divorce...
So in my head I thought through the options...
Supercharger and divorce
So in my head I thought through the options...
Supercharger and divorce
- Wife gets half my money
- I am single again=having a sex life again
- split the parental responsability
- SUPERCHARGED STANG
- Wife gets all my money
- sex? whats that?
- constant parental responsability
- Naturally aspirated and still not supercharged stang

Hopefully, if she is like a lot of women she doesn't know that much about engines. Get the supercharger and don't tell her....she probably wouldn't know the difference. Just joking of course....or am I?

Yeah, I agree. And when you're explaining the $5k on your credit card, you can just grumble angrily about <insert made up car part here> under your breath.
As long as you don't accidentally say "supercharger" for <insert made up car part here>, I think you're fine. Try angrily mumbling "it was that **** rear differential shock bearing manifold housing selector... 1 in a 1000 chance... sorry babe, had to replace it. I have the worst luck, eh?"
She won't ask.

My wife gave up on that tactic... Mustangs ago. Take from experience, you get her jewelry or Swarovski and you'll get your S/C and prehaps
some unexpected show of gratitude.
Remember, there's the bull and then there's the bull fighter.

I'm the other one--with kids involved you'd be paying for it for years to come. Get it & put it on plastic with the understanding that after its paid off you'll get something for her or that trip to the Caymans or <insert vacation spot here> after sending the munchkins off to grandma's. Sounds like a win-win to me, guess thats why I'm still single

I wouldnt marry a person who doesnt understand my obsession for my Mustang. If she doesnt like me spending money on her(the Mustang), then the woman will not be happy with me. lol
