I have looked at several strut tower braces and cannot decide which one is the best one for the price. What is the consensus of the group on which brace is best for daily driving at a reasonable cost?

Have it. Love it. non-adjustable is the only down side I see. You may have to enlarge this shot tho see the Ford Racing stamped center plate.

I have the Steeda brace also, but I think the Ford Racing brace looks better.

I'm curious, why would you prefer the BMR?

I have the same Steeda brace and I prefer the understated look over the FRPP brace.

I just ordered the Steeda brace last night as it will fit over the Plenum cover. If the Ford Racing one would have fit, I would have gone with that one.

I know a lot of people think it has too much bling factor, but I like the Ford Racing one.

How much was shipping? That might be the best deal I have seen.

I think it was around $20 something... I ordered some other parts too (FRPP Exhaust kit, and the CAI) and paid $67? shipping for all three, not sure of the exact break down. Give Wayne Baker a call or email at www.johnbleakleyford.com/frparts.asp - he's a good guy to deal with.

Yeah...John Bleakley is the way to go for frpp stuff. I ordered my exhaust from Sean Hyland before I found it on John Bleakley $60 cheaper. The JB sight is a little harder to navigate, but if you go to the frpp sight and get the part number you want it makes it a lot easier. Great prices!

Why would I need a strut tower brace if they didn't put one on the Grand AM Cup Mustang race cars?

I'm just curious.

My car is topless.... I got a strut tower brace because I wanted to minimize any apilar shake....
I chose the BMR... I liked its looks and it had the most "meat" the tube is nearly double the diameter of the Steeda and FR one.

Ford Racing is the way to go. As far as the race car. Well it has a lot beefier suspension compared to stock factory cars. Anything you add to stiffen it up is good. Top and bottom. you can buy the ford racing strut tower brace is available from stang05kc. Are awesome ford parts guy. Good luck

I agree with sodaman. I got my Ford racing tower strut brace from Kevin at stang05kc. It look great, he had the best price, and Kevin is great guy to work with.
