Stock vs high flow vs offroad midpipe, real power #'s?

I am currently running an offroad-x, but am considering putting cats back on (slight cut the sound, have cats if I am stopped, and cut down on gas fumes at stoplights)... I am wondering if anyone has done a real power comparison of all 3 setups, JUST the midpipe change. Tried a search but not having much luck.

I don't have any dyno sheets with just this change but others do. It is worth 8-10 RWHP total. That's all.

I have no stock dyno numbers but I do have o/r h results. Dyno results: 281rhwp 290rwtq on 87 octane. Car is otherwise stock. No tune. Hope that helps somewhat
