If my son's home, you can also get a look at a twin turbo Windsor Fox body he built, really cool.

Is there any cutting or welding required to install the GTA's? I do not have the equipment to do anything like that. thanks!

No cutting/welding, nothing. You'll need a few metric tools (combo wrench, socket). Pretty much a unbolt and bolt back. You may find it easier to unbolt the hangar brackets. Should not take more than a few hours taking your time in the driveway/garage.
