Day one done on this Estimated 6 hour job! lol........Punted on the ramps I went to the floor jacks needed more room!..H pipe and cats removed almost all manifold bolts removed, steering shaft and starter pulled! Mustang Monthly claims removing motor mounts is optional, not hardly! unless you have x-ray vision and some tools I've never seen before! I'll jack the motor tomorrow and pull the mounts!

Good luck with your install. I know what you mean about working in a tight garage. I got antsy myself yesterday fired up the heaters and install my Front Earl's stainless steel brake lines and Hawk HPS brake pads. also put the chamber bolts in the struct for a future alinement.

A little bit. You won't notice a whole lot in the sound dept either I'm afraid. I really couldn't tell any difference when I originally put the JBA shorties on and then later took them off.

That's about what I've heard too........ not really a big "peak gain" but noticeable over the window. Good luck, too bad you're not doing a before/after dyno test.

I put on LT's and no pulling the starter or motor mounts. I did have to mess with the steering stuff. Has any one had any issues with gaskets blowing or having to re torq after 3K or so??
Oh, get some flexable sockets and some long 3/8 extensions. It will well be worth the money. Even sears sells them now.
