Steeda inlet elbow for stock airbox?

Will the Steeda inlet elbow work with the stock airbox? Are there any problems with crushing the tube while tightening the hose clamps?

I already had the CAI when I added the inlet pipe. It has two silicone sleeves that allow you to attach it to the TB and the CAI unit. The pipe is solid enough so you can tighten the clamps to secure the pipe w/o breaking it.

Technically speaking ? it would fit..However, I would not recommend it unless you plan on re-flashing your PCM otherwise your more than likely to get a check engine warning or even worse ? end up going into fail safe mode because of your A/F running dangerously lean due to the increased amount of airflow, from the larger Steeda inlet elbow.. But you can use the stock airbox and factory inlet with the SCT canned tuner called the X-Cal II strategy flash tuner..That's what I did for 2 months until I was able to purchase my Steeda intake..

Does the stock MAF have to be transferred to the Steeda elbow?

If your just planning on purchasing the Steeda inlet elbow ?? you attach the included silicone straps w/clamps onto the stock maf housing side and the other end onto the throttle body, but as I previously mentioned ?? you had better talk with either a tuner or somebody from Steeda tech support first, because I don't think you can safely run a stock tune with a larger intake tube without re-flashing your computer..
