I finally recorded the sound of the SLP Loudmouth (axle-back) exhaust .
If anyone is interested, PM me, and I'll send you the Quicktime file. For some reason, the forum won't allow me to post a .mov file.

Im pretty sure the only way you're going to get it up here is to have someone host it from an outside source and link it in.. there are a couple of people around that are usually willing to.

I like it a lot. It's definitely loud. I just wish that it could be a bit louder (ground-sking/Harley-esque), with more of a consistent burble. Any ideas?

have you ever heard one of those "pulp wood" trucks going down the road???? Probably sounds similar.....Mustang w/ no mufflers? What are we now, pro-stockers?
Take the cats off w/ the muffler delete kit and see how "awfully" loud it is then.
P.S.
this isn't the 60's / 70's anymore, there are plenty of companies that have "loud, good sounding" mufflers that will not decrease power.

that was definately "MY BAD", for some reason thought you were referring to the kit that deletes the mufflers at the rear....I take that back about the SLP exhaust....but what ever system that is that sells you replacment pipes instead of mufflers probably sounds like crap.
