im thinking slp as soon as the winter is over...i just let my car run now so it doesnt make sense to throw exhaust on just to be loud...

i know its in different threads but is it obnoxious or does it just sound like a muscle car?

Good choice Justin...

You'll find that it is virtually impossible to not stomp on it when driving through underpasses, tunnels, parking garages, etc. Make sure the windows are down.

Is she smiling because of the exhaust tone of the SLPs or because of that last "knight"?

They sound like a muscle car if you ask me...the way it should sound.

Only dissapointment -an '05 mustang buddy of mine who parks in the same garage I do for work, she has Magnaflows - for some reason she is able to make car alarms go off and I can't I think there's more low end rumble in the 'flows that does it. Or maybe I just can't HEAR the alarms over my SLP's!

For atleast 2 months after putting the slp's on, I drove around with windows down and radio off, even in the freezing mornings. They sounds that good.

I set off alarms in parking garages, but the deeper the tone is, the further it travels and will hit more cars. Think the magnaflows deepen the sound a bit. Some guy in my apartments has dual fart cans on his nissan 350 or whatever they are, nice looking cars with a turboed v6, his sounds very deep and sets off every single car as he passes. It sounds like a lawnmower underwater or something, odd.
