I'm looking at purchacing BBK shorty headers and Bassani x-pipe. Do I need to new tune? I currently have a C&L Racer intake with tune.

Double nope! As long as you leave the stock cats in place.

FYI on the bbk shorties: I don't know how your setup will sound with the bassani x pipe, but I just installed bbk shorties on my 05 and did not like the sound with my magnaflow x pipe and JBA A/B's. I actually was quite embarrassed by the sound and did not drive it for a few days. I put my stock mufflers back on this weekend, and while it is better, I wished I had left my stock manifolds on (or gone LT's). I don't know if its the X or the headers but another guy here has bbk shorties and a catted prochamber that sounds good (at least on video).
