The first "not so obvious" thing is that say you want to upload a new tune to slot #3 but retain your current tunes on slots #1 & #2. Well you have to check the box for all three slots and hit the little box with the [...] to upload the new tune you want for all three slots. Then before hitting the [Program Xcal2] button you need to uncheck slots #1 & #2. Then hit the program button. Extremetune will only write the new tune to the slot with the checked box. Kind of a strange way but only way to get the program in the slot that you want. You would think you could only check the box on the slot that you want to reprogram :bang:
I also got an error message that the old tune wasn't erased. Not everyone gets this message but here is how I got it to work. I got around this by exiting the Extremetune software at that point and reloading the Extremetune program and do everything in the first paragraph I described again. The second time around, Extremetune doesn't give you a warning about the delete (because it was deleted) and it goes straight to writing the program on the Xcal2. This takes about a minute or so. You will then see the name of the tune in the slot that you programmed at which point everything should be cool

You can also select the existing 2 tunes for #1 and #2, and the Xtreme Tune will realize that they are already there and just skip to #3. At least that's what I usually do.

Has anyone used the Live Load software with the .ll3 extensions yet? This format is supposed to be more user friendly and less "buggy."
