Are your rear suspension parts as rusty as mine? I was just under there today painting with Rust-Oleum. The rear axle tubes, connections to springs, inside brake mounting plates, and other stuff, are bare metal and are now pretty rusty in my '05. I know the rust is not a serious problem there, but it bothers me that there was so much of it. But, it is now covered with satin black.

 

They're all like that. It's ugly, but intended... the rust actually protects it from rusting. "Believe it or not!"
