racing chips and other mods

What would be the best all around racing chip for a 05 mustang? I havent done anything to my car and was thinking of ways to boost performance. Wut should be the first thing done to boost performance?

First there is no chip.You will need either a Predator or SCT scanner with installed tunes to reprogram your computer.
First mods should be CAI(Cold Air Intake system) Exhaust then 4.10 Gears.
