I was getting ready to install the JLT CAI w/ the SCT tuner and I was noticing in the manual of the tuner that it says to take out the fuse of the fuel pump and (I can't remember the other fuse) to avoid them drawing power. Did anyone else have to do this step? I've at the other threads and cannot remember anyone talking about this.

Not a neccessity. Reccommended but not a neccessity. We do it without all the time. Never seen any adverse affects. *knock on wood*
