Why would my car only start with the bap fuse out, it will not start with it connected. The car however will not idle, it dies as soon as you let off the gas. The plugs also foul out from running rich. Do I have a defective bap or could it be something else ? Could the bap be causing my fuel pump to run at a higher voltage at idle causing a rich condition?
