Houston Performance is well know.

If you decide you want to tune (or ever do it), Horsepower Engineering is where we all meet up. They jsut happen to have a Borla Cat Back in house.

Slaters mustangs has a great rep in town and can do anything you want, they are on the north side. PSI motorsports is on the south side, Clear Lake to be exact, and they can do just about anything you want as well.
If you are looking for a CPU tune, well I would stick with Bryan's guy, he has done some 05's and really knows what he is doing.
