Question about SCT-Xcalibrator 2

Will the Xcalibrator 2 remove both the top speed limiter and rev limiter,or is the rev limiter adjustable?

I believe it can adjust both, but you may be able to remove the top speed limiter. Why would you EVER want to remove the rev limiter?(unlees, you are WANTING to rebuild your engine)LOL

Rev limiter is adjustable. Speed limiter is on/off.
