ProCharger installed - My Thoughts
I have completed my install of the ATI ProCharger. I did not get to document the install process, the instructions did the job. I did take some after-shots and 3 videos, in addition to some things that you need to be aware of when doing the install.
Overall all, the car (at 1/2 throttle) feels about what full throttle felt like. I have not gone WOT yet - not until I tune. However, I did get a tune, psoted by Jerry at SCT, and modified by my Tuner Andre T. This tune is right on the money. Does not seem to be too rich, nor too lean. It has no lag spots and runs like a *****. Now, one of the best parts is that SCT is now providing (for auto trannys) the best shifting I have seen since the manual valve bodies. It shift so freaking hard from 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 - if put you back in the seat and barks the tires, Hard!
I am still waiting on a boost-a-pump and a new 10# pulley from ProCharger, so I will not be going to the dyno for at least 2 weeks. So, for now, you can read what I found and see some pics and videos.
The videos are of idle (the whine and grind), the new ATI provided fan, and some slight engine revs. Enjoy

Looks like you are heading in the right direction. I just read over everything and I see one problem, the dates you have listed are for May
Chris at SCT is awesome. He helpd me with my SCT software for my Lightning and Cobra. I bet their tune is pretty good. I read somewhere they were going to work on one for the Procharger and auto.
By the way I think I'm going to go with the Paxton HO kit. I'll know Monday.
Thanks Mike

Mike, this is the tune for the ProCharger and Auto
My tuner just told me the tune was posted by Jerry, not Chris. So I will revise my post above and the MMP.com site. BTW, thanks for the heads up on the brain-fart about the dates
Let me know about the Paxton too

Looks good. I was thinking about getting one until I met up with Sean Hyland. He had an 05 there with a procharger. He said they have seen way to many problems with the procharger and told me to wait until the Kenny Belle comes out. Bryan, keep an eye on your temps. The car Sean was working on had a huge intercooler installed because the stock rad could not cool the system fast enough.
Will do adrenalin.
I have had a few comment on the sound. I have never had a ProCharger, so the sound for me is too "grindy". However, only guys with ProChargers can tell if the sound is "normal".
Can someone with a ProCharger donwload one the videos and give us some feedback ?

I don't know enough about superchargers, but in those videos that sound is awful.
