Umm I wouldn't do that without some sort of diagnostic tool, such as a wideband or a dyno. Best bet is to call DiabloSport and get the revised tune.

I not only would but in fact did then settled back to 25%. I am sure it will change when I go to the dyno shop but I did make the car driveable and it does move when I gas The car has only 270 miles so I have 1800 to go before the dyno.

Mike - as David said (169stang) email Nick at Diablo and he will normally send you a revision tune before the end of the day. A lot of people had the same problem and Diablo is working to correct it. NO idea when they will actually post some revisions on their website but emailing them for now has seemed to work. I have been using their 91 octane tune because my 93 tune is still not working right. Go figure.

When you email him include your CALID and your make and model.

Good Luck!!!

I have both the SCT and the Diablo and I've had problems with the Diablo. Sam at Steeda actually worked with SCT to get the tunes right , but has done nothing with Diablo. Steeda had a hard time getting the tune right for the CM plates with the SCT , but finally did. I assume in my case that's what is causing the problems and not the CAI. Sam said he currently can't do anything with the Diablo , so I could either return it or contact Diablo. So I did contact them , but the guy who does the tuning wasn't in and I don't think they've done anything for the Steeda problems yet. He's supposed to get back in touch with me and since I live in the area have me bring my car in to look at. As far as gains for the two different tuners , they were about the same , see below. However I like the other capabilities the Diablo has and hope they get these problems fixed so I don't have to return it. I know the new SCT is coming out , but it looks like you will still have to hook it up to a computer to do any tweaking to the programs. Also does your Predator say Steeda when it boots up , it should and if it doesn't that may be your problem ...
