Power shifting generally applies to the idea of shifting without ever letting up on the gas, hard and fast.

Granny shifting generally applies the idea of shifting lower in the power band, generally slowly and carefully.

Not sure on speed shifting exactly.

speed shifting would be what 90% of people do...shifting aggressively, but letting off the gas momentarily during shifts

Power shifting and speed shifting have different meaning to different people. Some consider them the same, which is shifting w/o lifting your foot off the gas. I've seen definitions of speed shifting that state it is shfiting w/o using the clutch or using just enough clutch to shift. Then others calls this clutchless shifting.

Granny shifting is what most do on the street: shift w/ the clutch and let off the gas between shifts.

Old,Old school.
Before trannmissions had gear synchros, the only way to get the gears smoothly running at the right speeds and to engage properly was to push in the clutch, put the car in neutral, let out the clutch, push in the clutch, then shift into gear.
Thus the term "double clutching".
If this sounds outrageous, when my dad was a kid ALMOST ALL cars did this.
This is when the definition of speed shifting involved little or no clutch (and a lot of gear grinding noises).

i was pretty much sure that it referred to pushin in the clutch, putting it in neutral, rev-matching for the next gear, then putting it in and letting out the clutch...on MODERN CARS, that is. with no real need to literally "double clutch", the matching of rpms replaced the second use of the clutch.
