My trans crossmember was replaced last year and the new 2008 part does not come with these bosses for mounting the exhaust hangers. Can someone find me a part number or get a close up picture of the bracket for me?

 

That picture looks familiar.

We installed an O/R midpipe on a superfly_197's 08 GT/CS (with no hanger mounts) and was non-issue.

 

Bill, I'm concerned because there's nothing supporting my exhaust from the shorty headers all the way to behind the axle.

 

I know, but that's how the 08's are. So not sure what the method to Ford's madness was in eliminating the hanger supports.
