05Sonic - $790 for the install, so add that to the price of the blower. That's a lower install price than I had feared. Add $790 to $4499 = Um, honey, can you make the mortgage payment this month?!? Plus tax, I'm assuming, but still...
I'm so ready to order this kit but can't find out if it's emissions legal

Did you try superchargersonline for info?

Brian - send commish check to...............

05sonic - check it out and let us know what you find. This is a dam fine deal, so it'd be nice to think Stillen would be encouraged to repeat it at some point. Soon.

I hear you. I went to see if I could find out any info, but couldn't.

I see s/c'sonline has suddenly added a price-match on the Magnacharger. So, if you've seen Stillen's deal, they'll try and poach you, otherwise, pay their regular going rate.

I hope Brian gets some sales for coming in and knocking the price down like he did. All power to him.

For those wondering the offer is good until 2am pst. This kit has been submitted for smog cerification and is currently pending. I can get clarification on the progress of this in the morning. If interested you can place an order over the web or you can leave a message on my voice mail and we will get the ball rolling in the morning.

I know there are a few questions that still need to be answered so you can email me at brozier@stillen.com

As long as I can show correspondence I can hold this deal over.

Thanks all

For you California guys here is the situation. This kit is pending smog certification. According to Magnusson this supercharger has passed all preliminary checks and is in the live testing phase.

The $790.00 for installation is discounted holiday rate that will be honored if the supercharger is purchased today.

If there are any questions that I have not answered please let me know

Thanks everyone

Well, considering that I will need a bank loan to pay for this and there is no way I can arrange one in the limited time there was, looks like I am out of luck this time.

Dang it.

Guess I'll have to wait for another sale! I hope you have one someday soon. (disappointed)

I'm curious as to whether anyone knows how the Magnacharger 3 year/36mos power train warranty (for an extra $200) compares to the Roush 3 year/36 mos warranty.

I did read the pdf on it at the magnacharger site, http://www.magnacharger.com/pdf/legal-warranty.pdf
but that really didn't give me a feel on how it compares to the Roush warranty.

$4500 + $200 for the warranty is about ~$700 less than what I can get a Roushcharger for; and the main selling point for me on the Roush is that warranty.

I read that too, but with the Roush you can have the ford dealer workng on your car. With that Magnacharger warranty I think they either tell you where to go or you have to find a place willing to do the work.... I e-mailed Brian about the specifics this morning but I never heard back.

This morning I shot this pdf (mentioned above) over to everyone that sent me an email. It outlines all the responsibilies and requirements (legal mumbo jumbo). Basically it reads like any extended warranty contract written by an outside insurer. This is the very document that is signed by the client and sent off to Dellauto. Now how does this measure up to Roush is an excellant question. I have tried numerous times to get their warranty in writing, but to no avail. If this document did not answer your question I apologize.

Cool. I'm stashing money away against that that day. Looks like the Stoptech's (or whatever) brake upgrade will be my Xmas present to myself.

Hope you got a good few sales with this deal, Brian!

Boost Change?

Hey Brian, To add boost do you change front or rear pulley? The article in MM&FF says"to adjust boost the rear pulley can be changed". It seems to me that the front one would be a lot easier and also is there a belt tensioner on the rear to make up the difference?
