1-800-230-3030, Summit Racing. To make sure you have the right make/model you should call them direct, don't order online. I think my extensions were $19.99 per set of 2 and I ordered 2 sets. You can choose to have the 12" or 24" I think. Just choose the menu option that asks if you need technical help with your order.
Good Luck,
Derek

I got my non-included hooker o2 extensions nearly 2 months after I installed my headers, they are collecting dust on the coffee table now.

you can buy a tuner from Doug or Brent and they will send it to you. They have a lot of international customers.

My Dynatechs came with them, but I'm only using the fronts. The other pair is collecting dust in the garage.

I have a set that I had to use on my bassani compcats/xpipe combo. There probably like 12" long comes with two, one for each side. If you would like them give me 10 bucks and Ill send them too you. Sounds like you need two pairs tho. pm if interested.

I ordered 2 sets of bbk #1676 extensions for the 04 and earlier cars. They work just fine.
I think there was a small tab I had to clip off or something. A real no brainer to install.
If I remember correctly they were 18" long. I needed every inch for the JBA's.

JBA wanted some ridiculous price for their extensions.
