Yea exhaust is cool. Just want to warn you, once you get the bug there's no going back. I've literally spent thousands on mods. Better than being a drug addict or an alcoholic I guess lol.

O yea. Definitely. Idgaf if my cams cost $1000. The sound and the feel is totally worth it. Ppl that aren't in to cars are baffled by the expense. But that's why they drive Hyundai accents...

I've just recently decided to have cams installed in my 06, time to make a hot rod.
It's been a helluva ride modding it every since I drove it off the room show floor ( pushed out the door) back in 06. These cams mean she's staying around forever.
I installed just about every mod on this car myself in my garage. And it's been FUN!

LT headedrs high flow x pipe = good stuff. Alum drive shaft is a plus also. Suspension mods will help get your power to the ground better also. List your mods in your sig

Yep!
I really enjoyed every step along the way, but the exhaust was a never ending project.
But I finally went back to an off road pro-chamber and Steeda axle backs (reminisce of a NASCAR) if I had it to do again, CAMS is where I'd start for exhaust sounds.
I'd also go straight for the Saleen super charger.
Got a visit scheduled w/ 'Dallas Mustangs' in Dallas tx.
Time to go under the hood. Since I've decided to keep her, I'm getting power hungry.

At this point I think I'm gonna stay NA. After I pay her off I think I'll yank the motor and go 323 stroker. Maybe nitrous too. Idk. Fun to think about though haha

I'd say cams or gears next if you're going for seat of the pants power.

Exhaust is going to be mostly sound and minimal power increase unless you go longtubes and/or cat delete. plus there can be a lot of trial and error as you try different combos to see what sounds good.
