A New Tillman Speed in 2010!
Hello Everyone! I hope you're all having safe and happy Holidays!
To those who have kept us insanely busy over the last few months we do thank you. We have been experiencing HUNDREDS of emails a day, HUNDREDS of tune orders each month and it has really been hard on us. Mixed with the volume of business that we've had in the shop it's been very hard for us to get things done in a timely manner. This is an amazing thing and we're very thankful to have this in the current economic state. We're EXTREMELY SORRY for all delays.
Some big things will be happening before January 1st 2010 so that we will have a HUGE new year ahead of us.
First and foremost TUNE UPDATES. Yes I know there are many of you that have been waiting VERY patiently for tune updates. I am actually going to take a whole week and suspend new tune orders and focus just on tune file updates for those who bought new modifications, need theirs tweaked, etc. I am sorry that we haven't got to them. There's really only myself (Chris Rose) working on the files that come in, as well as all in-house dyno calibrations, phone orders, tech questions, email inquiries, etc. This week will be December 16th - December 23rd. Absolutely no new tune files will be for sale this week, and only tune updates will be done.

As well, MANY NEW PRODUCTS will be available on our website. We are going to import all of our inventory so that the full spectrum of parts that we carry will be available. From SVT Raptor trucks, 2010 GT500, etc. etc. etc. Including all of the parts that should already be on our website that haven't transfered over for you S197 guys!! This will start on December 28th, 2009. You will notice our online catalog starting to fill up very quickly. This also includes BUILT-TO-SPEC Short Blocks and Long Blocks for all of those looking for INSANE power out of their 3v!
I WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE FROM DEC 10TH-15TH!!!!
Tune file delivery times, order processing, email inquiry reply times, etc. will be back to normal on the 16th.

I really do appreciate those who have stuck with us this year even though we've been extremely busy. We went through some serious growing pains. I know many questioned our customer service, and they were completely justified for their comments. I do thank everyone who hung in there with us, and we can't wait for things to get rolling around here, we have some BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS for next year. We do plan to get some more help in here too, which will increase our workflow quite a bit.

back when you were advertising the conversion of the old tunes to the all out tunes, i called you and sent you an email with my information. I never heard back so I don't know if i'm still in the queue?
Also, this winter i am switching from JBA LTs/off road H to MAC Lts/off road prochamber. how will this be effected tune wise? will i need a totally new tune? if so, how much to get revised tunes for the new exhaust setup. Thanks.
