Anyways you are right, those rotors are really sweet and priced right. When I get over my emotional wounds I will probably pick up a set.

The refund failed, of course. I have stopped pursuing it because it just makes me angry. I don't like being angry. I like being happy!

I got mine for $270 shipped @ http://www.rotorpros.com/. You can choose whatever color you want on for the hub.
Here's a pic of mine. Plus I think they ship internationally.

Where do you see the biggest benefit in braking performance? In upgrading the rotors or the calipers?

i was gonig to go wit hthe rotorpros but i didnt like the guy when i called and he gave very bad info to me. almsot as if he was telling me to take my money elsewhere for whatever reason. the differences in the rotorpros and the r1 concepts are the r1 concepts have a second row if drilled holes and the edges of the slots are diamonds to push dirt and debris off the rotor.

That's wierd... I only dealt with them over e-mail, but found them to be very helpful.

I have some slight brake dust accumulation along the sides of the slots, but not enough where it bothers me.

With the holes in the rotors, if your car gets caught in the rain, is the zinc coating also in the drilled holes as well. This is one of the things that worries me about drilled rotors. That after the rotors get wet, and your car sits, that rust will accumulate IN the holes. I know that the zinc coating will keep the rotor itself clean, but will the holes get rusty?

Since Installing I've driven my car in the rain several times and have washed it several times and have yet to see any rust. BTW-I've had them on since early December.

Yes they are 17 inch wheels. You will get more benefit from the pads than the rotors imo. I noticed much better stopping power after the Hawk HPS pad were put on than with the rotors, but I only have about 100 miles on the rotors and didn't really want to stand on them quite yet. Thanks for the compliments and 94tbird gets a big for turning me on to them.

Do you guys find these rotors any lighter than the stock ones? I would like to go with a 2 piece from steeda but they cost too much.

Shipping weight was 56 pounds. I don't know what the weight is on the stock ones. These are direct replacement rotors so they probably aren't much lighter.

Rich,
Are you sure that your rotors are on the correct sides of the car? I know that with stoptech and baer rotors, the slots are supposed to go the opposite direction.

They will get rusty unless you paint them first with a paint specially made for rotors/calipers/drums
