Can somebody tell me how much this car has been lowered?

I'm not sure how much effect the 20' rims make in the height of the chassis... I would think the larger rims with the shorter sidewall would still be about the same overall diameter as the stock 17" wheels and tires. It fills up the wheel opening but does little to the chassis.
I am guessing that the car has been lowered about the same as my chassis which is 1 1/4" front and 1 3/8" rear. That is solely based on the gap between the top of the tire and the high point on the wheel opening of the fenders.

As for the 20" rims, there are a ton of folks that have them, and they look nice. The sidewall of the tire will determine if they are taller than stock or not, so as long as you go with a short sidewall (like a 35 series tire), the overall diameter will be little changed when compared to a stock setup. Ya know what I mean?

Let's try this... 35 series is the height of the tire sidewall from the edge of the tread to the rim. A series 35 tire is a narrow sidewall tire. So, a 35 series tire on a 20" rim would create a wider gap between the tire and the fender. If you use a 50 series tire the gap will be less.
If you will go to Discount Tire Direct or The Tire Rack websites, you can find an explanation of what each part of the tire size represents and they will have help charts with wheel and tire combinations in relation to factory wheels and tires.
Hope that helps...

Not exactly sure...but they will have to watch out for speedbumps...and watchout for any potholes deeper than 4 inches...otherwise it will do a number on your chassis, etc.
