They are rolled and chromed something....maybe it's not stainless, but the rest of the muffler is definately stainless.
Borla sound for about $130 cheaper.... Oh yeah!
Mine will come to $405.83 AFTER taxes. Before tax price was $375 Got them from my dealer, who also deals in Ford Racing Parts, not all parts dept's do, so call around.
A list of Ford Racing Dealers by region can be found here:

Or check e-bay

Tony, the sound clip on Borla's website is of a 05 Mustang GT. It sounds pretty close to what mine sounds like only mine is louder!

The seller I got mine from doesn't have any listed at the moment, but they list them pretty frequently. Here is his store http://stores.ebay.com/Downs-Ford-Racing_W...storeviewQQtZkm

Downs Ford is a good dealership to deal with. I used to get some parts of my old 93 Ranger STX that I had. Never had a problem.
I got my at a local dealership, Gilboy Ford, for $420 out the door.

I got mine from John Bleakley Ford, price paid was about $320 plus shipping. Here's a link to their website http://www.johnbleakleyford.com/frparts.asp
I find that the best way to find a part on their site is to do a part number search (M52305GT) I also got a good price on the FRPP strut tower brace. Also, Wayne in the parts department is a great guy, feel free to give him a call.

Just put my FRPP exhaust on tonight. At first I just took off the stock mufflers and drove around with nothing except pipes. That sounded pretty incredible. When I had enough no muffler fun I put on the FRPP's. The passenger side took about 10 minutes to install but the drivers side was much more difficult. Overall it took about 40 minutes. Now when I started the car...it sounded almost as good as it did without mufflers. There is a little drone at about 2000 RPM's but I think it sounds pretty incredible. If you want the Borla sound without the price, pick up a set of these.

If they change the speed limit to 55 then I will have problems. I have a drone with the 5 speed manual @ about 1800 rpms in 5th. Going through the gears and at 2200 rpms 65 mph it's great!

I will be installing mine tomorrow morning and I will be sure to get pics and sound clips.
I recall a link to a web site that covered installation, in detail, for the 2005 muffler exhause. I just cannot seem to find it right now, anybody know it real quick?

I assume the video is a Windows Media file on the Borla install site, because the code appears to be trying to open Windows Media Player.
I'm on a Mac though, and although I have Windows Media Player installed and everything, it's not pulling that video up. Could any of you save it and perhaps post it or send it to me? If you can, pm me, and i"ll give you my email address and be forever grateful.
And if any of you get this installed and can take tons of pics of the installation and some sound clips, that'd be great. I'm stuck between this and the Flowmasters. Flowmasters are cheaper, but that Borla sounds sweet. If I can get the Borla for only about 100 dollars more than the Flowmaster, I think I'm gonna have to do it.
Thanks in advance if any of you can grab that video for me.
