Smile New exhaust and cold air added!!

Just took the car in and had FRPP cold air intake added as well as the X pipe with the new mufflers. What an awsome sound! No doubt about it that you notice the get up and go. I only wonder how mild the tune is on it compaired to other tune? It goes in on Monday to have the stripes painted on. After that only things else is window tint and then anything else will have to wait til winter. One thing I was glad we ordered with it was the shaker 1000 radio.......It rocks!!!!

I went with the FRPP mufflers. this way I was able to keep my 3yr 36K warranty and still got a great sound.

Very nice I can't see in the pic but if you don't have the Shelby wheel guards/mud flap things they'll help protect paint and they look good too !
I have pic but cannot find at this time. about $5.00 each

Did you have to swap out the hood liner and I take it you did the Bullitt tune right?

I have the FRPP Stingers and I can tell ya, even at idle it sounds like a beast....I absolutely love my exhaust. It's probably a little loud for some people's taste, and there is some drone, but I actually like the sound of the drone when I am cruising with my top down. I also think they are the best looking mufflers out there...the 4 inch tips with Ford Racing stamped on them are freaking menacing!!

I have the same exhaust, plus the FRPP headers, and I love the sound. There is some drone, mostly around 2k rpm. It is very tolerable on the interstate, even with the ragtop, as long as you are above the 2k.

If I may be nosy, how much for the FRPP CAI? I would be very interested in having that done.

Congrats Sherry, I really like your FRPP/Bullitt CAI. Being as Ford uses the same flash tool as the one used on the Shelby GT. Chances are it's probably mild and conservative. IIRC I believe Doug from Bamachips does have tunes available, along with the X-Cal II programmer for your CAI.

I paid $396.90 for my M-5230-5GT Frpp Borla Stingers from John Bleakley Ford in Georgia. Ask for Chico in Parts Dept. 1-800-328-8517. Get the X-pipe, too only $108.90. I just ordered the Bullit CAI and factory tune for $550.00, this Ford dealership beats any price in the US. 1st class service !

If not, any feedback?

Nice mods Sherry. Did you paint the "Ford Racing" on the CAI or did the CAI come that way?
