I like the idea 
... but I have a minor gripe. Two threads were moved from the GT Tech & Performance section with nary a forwarding address. If a thread is moved, it is nice to have the "MOVED" notice there. I only stumbled onto them by accident. Maybe you should also make an announcement about the new Drag Racing section in the GT Tech & Perf section... there may be members who don't venture out of there too often (like me).
