need help purchasing clutch/flywheel/pressure plate

I know nothing about clutches flywheels or pressure plates. as this is my first manual car. i have all of the mods in my sig. looking for something that will last and give good performance on the street and strip. any help would be appreciated. weight saving would also be a nice feature as well.

should i go with the whole spec system. Spec stage 2+ clutch, Spec aluminum flywheel and aluminum pressure plate?

What flywheel and clutch would you recommend for daily street driving and the ocassional trip to the strip.

would still recommend stage 3+ if your going to or have power adders. if not go with a stahe 2+. read about it. it is more streetable than the stage 3 itself. it also is not that hard to push in.

The '05-'06 Mustang uses a concentric slave cylinder instead of a conventional throwout bearing. This unit is a dealer only item. Therefore these kits willnot include a throwout bearing. SPEC will be aoffering a billet replacement as an option to the kit beginning July 2006. Please call for additional infomration.
Thats from specs website. does this have to be repalced too or can i resuse it. it seems liek this is another 120$ part

Reuse the TB if it isn't making noise or leaking.
Let me rephrase that.
Reuse the TB if it isn't making any more noise than it was when you bought the car new.
