Ah come on man! Take your time and read everything you can get your hands on and then post this! Oh, you did you say! hahaha!

There will be many opinions but I would maike a few phone calls to the tuners in your area (dyno shops) and based on what the tuner in your area likes and is used to using, is the responsible answer I suppose.

Get the C&L & the Diablo

Flip a coin on the CAI...

... then call Doug at BamaChips for an X2 tune to go with it.

I agree, but u can save some money going with the JLT! I 've run C&L. MMR & JLT and never showed a difference on the dyno. Big deal, go with the cheaper price.

I would ask them what hand held tuner they would prefer to use (not thinking CAI). The Xcal2 seems to be the prefered tuner of many shops.

I have never had my car dyno tuned. I used the standard Diablo C&L tune for a few months, and then switched to Doug's X2 tunes. Major difference between them!! Call Doug and talk to him.

the diablo blows, too many issues, JLT II and SCT all the way, plus the JLT makes more power and is color matched to your vehicle--a win, win ,win.....(and is cheaper, add another win)

jlt/sct 2 combo and you won't have to worry about getting a tune if you go with one of the major guys on the site (brent/doug).

Had mine dyno'd today, and besides the results the curve was extremely smoot a/f was perfect.

JLT, the only way to go...not even close decision.

its half the price, bigger/beefier/better looking

i netted WELL in excess of 40rwhp with just JLT/dyno tune and UD pullies, and similar torque. most of that is the tune tho...just bolting on the intake it flows so much air that it sends crazy error codes for "system too lean" and needs to be tuned to handle it

edit: my tuner used SCT2, for the programmer use whatever ur tuner is familiar with

Truly I've found little or no difference in power between the C&L and JLT kit and I've tuned more then 5-10 of each. The difference is how much you wanna pay and what type of intake you are looking for.

Either way I sell both of these kits and would love to help but if not then I would atleast recommend a SCT X-2 with which ever combo you choose.

Thanks, Doug.
