My RPM's have been dropping while slowing to a stop in neutral lately.

I'm gonna try this fix and see how it goes. I'm at 31,000 miles without cleaning the TB so I bet this will do the trick.

Hey do you guys remove the whole TB when you clean it or just take the air intake off and clean the front of the TB?

remove the intake AND the throttle body...the real problem is in the back of the butterfly valves. be careful when taking everything off...all the electrical wires with the clips...the one on the throttle position sensor is delicate, i broke the little bracket clip thing and had to rig it with electrical tape. its on there no problem but theres a heads up....but yes u need to clean the entire inside of the TB, its very rewarding...i did it saturday and its now wednesday, no signs of anymore problems

OK thanks Greg. Sounds like a fun little weekend project for me. Maybe I'll take some pictures and type up a report.
