Need Help ASAP!!! EMERGANCY!!!!
I was installing my CMCV delete plates, and i was pulling out the fuel rail on the intake and the 3rd injector on the passanger rail was left behind on the intake, well i connected it but the clip does not look like the others now and it leaks a little. Well i was putting everything back together, and pushed the fuelrail down on injector and i made sure everything was back to normal. Then i tuned my car and i noticed the screen was real faded (this is another problem that i will fix with Doug at Bamachips) then i turned on the car and everything was normal and i smelled alot of gas, i was like oh $HIT, i took out the flash light and without even turning on the light i could see fuel spraying out of the injector , i rushed over and turned off the car and started cleaning off all the engine.
Now here is my question WHAT DO I DO!!! should i go buy another injector from ford? How much is just one injector? Can i even get ONE injector?
PLEASE HELP EVERYONE!!!

Try just pushing the enjector in, had that problem when I put MAG, side rails on, accidentally pulled out the injector and started the car, made funny noise. shut off the car and had gas all over the top. Wiped up all I could and waited a while for the fumes to evaporate. Pushed in the injector and all was fine.

Make sure the o-ring did not get torn or pulled out. if it's still ok put a little oil on the o-ring and push it all the way back into the fuel rail, it should snap back into the rail. sounds to me like you dont have it all the way back into the fuel rail.... I had mine off and on about 7 or eight times.

i did not even check the o-ring, i thought the clips are the ones that hold on the injector, i will check tomorrow, anyone have any ideas on what els it could be. Also why is my XCal2's screen all faded, is it my OBDII port or the tuner, i left it out on my work table with me and the humidity is bad, could i have messed up the tuner, i still have the 1 year warrenty

The o-ring is what seals the injector in the fuel rail. All that clip does is hold the injector in the rail until you get everything installed. there are o-rings on both ends of the injector. when it is seated in the fuel rail you will feel it snap or seat into it. I'm 99% sure that is your problem
As for the tuner....make sure the contrast is turned up. if you had a light on it it probably just seemed faded. unless you left it in the rain (then all bets are off) JK

the contrast was fine when i tuned the car back to stock, but when i went to tune the car to dougs tune the screen was ok in some places and almost nonvisible in others, i think the humidity got to it also my guages did not work when i first started the car, then i turned the key back and forth a couple times now it works, is this normal for pulling the battery cable and then putting it back on
Ok lets say i $crewed up the upper O-ring (that is where the fuel was spraying from) where would i be able to get one, should autozone or advanced autoparts have it

And we are a go for a new CMCV delete plate install! i figured since i was so worried about spilling gas, i should just disconnect the whole fuel rail assembly like steeda told me to in the first place so i did and there you go. I took the fuel rails to my work bench and there it was, the o-ring was all mashed up in the opening where i kept trying to push in the injector. I pulled out the o-ring and reseated the injector and it worked, i installed everything and fired her up and no problems with leaks at all. My only concern is that i hear a faint knock once in a while like something is pinging. I am using 93 octane with the 93 octane tune and i do not think it is that, could that cylinder be running too rich or lean since first it was starved of fuel then some spilled into the intake port? will this go away after a good dyno tweak? i am not popping any DTC's

Glad your fuel leak is fixed... if you got an 87 tune try putting that one in and see if your knock is still there, that will tell you if it's in the tune.

dang, well i remember before the plates i went to the dyno and it ends up i was running 6% too lean, i was in the 15.1 at 5100 rpm, then i went to 6% and that brought me to 14.6 at 5100. I am on the phone with tillman to get a new tune that will bring me down to a safe level till i can talk to doug
