If its Ford, one would assume that its a Ford exhaust. Probally stock. Possibly one of the FRPP ones.

it looks like the stock exhaust that comes on the 5-speeds, but who knows abou the sound. It could be amplified or what not, i mean it's not like it's a live commercial.

I think it's supposed to be stock, but it sounds a little throatier than that.

Love that commercial, and I usually hate commercials.

I have it tivo'd, the tips look larger than stock, I'd guess FRPP mufflers.

Whatever the exhaust, that has to be the best burnout ever in a car commercial.

Ok- no way a stock GT sounds like that. Those things are quiet, if you aks me. Then again, I'm used to the sound of solid-lifter small block Chevys, so I may be biased.

I think it is stock with the ford supplied chrome tips you can order. I think the exhaust on the stock gt sounds awesome, and most people think that I have special mufflers or exhaust cause the way it sounds. it definitely is kind of quiet on the inside, but everyone that listens to my car take off or drive off says it sounds great on the outside.

Are you serious? The stock GT is WAY louder than 99% of the stock cars on the road. Inside is quite, but outside, it gets pretty loud. I think Ford did a good job with the stock exhaust, they made it sound fairly decent and easily modified without a welding torch, just common hand tools.

In some conditions the exhaust is quiet (windows up, A/C on) but starting it up in the morning in the garage with the windows down is pure music to my ears ;-)

Standing behind it sounds great from the outside. Too bad they couldn't add a bit of that soundtrack to the interior.
