Most useful tools. Your favorites?

I was marveling at how mouch a couple of my tools have helped me lately and I figured I would start a thread. Here are my favorite tools.

Energizer LED head light. You strap this thing on your head, look like a dork ( I call it the dork light ) and no matter where you look there is light. It even pivots down for tight spaces (under the car) when you need light at an angle. I use this thing all the time now..

Cordless impact wrench. one of the coolest tools ever! Think handheld cordless drill, but an impact wrench. awesome!

Just a random one that has come in handy lately:
The stupid little magnet on stick.

So basic but so useful.

Plastic, plastic, plastic. Plastic #1 being gas card, #2 is credit/debit card, and #3 being all the plastic I am dressing up with chrome and billet goodies this winter!

One of my favorites is the little seat on wheels with the tray underneath for tools/parts. It's great for working on car brakes, motorcycles, etc. That little telescoping magnet mentioned earlier has saved me many times!

I was rethinking this, and I'd have to say the one tool I have used the most as of recently...Rhino Ramps. I use those suckers for everything!! Changing oil is a breeze, new mufflers...piece of cake. Replacing the fuel filter....no problem. Adding XL-3 to the rear end, easy as pie.

Sure beats a floor jack and jack stands.

This one takes the prize for me at this time. I love it...Saves so much time. Mine only gets to 100 lb ft, but that O.K., I get the rest of it with a torque wrench. But it's great for the tack, makes swaping tires a snap.

I so wish I had that when I did my header install. I have them now, but d@mn, it would've facilitated things a lot.

You know, I just trashed mine. Those POS would not stay still for anything. I even bolted down some stoppers on the floor and put the ramps against them and the ramps would just bow at the weight of the car and jump right over the stoppers. Things drove me nuts. Those get from my personal experience.

I've never tried backing up on to them, but use them all the time for the front end. They even clear my chin spoiler... with the car being lowered.

my ramps will slide on my garage floor when pulling up going forward but are ok in the drive way. backing on to the ramps in no problem. I usally kick them under the tires instead of getting a running start at them.

Mine is the ramp set that I made. Can be used for a car that is lowered to an extreme and are heavy enough so that they won't move when driven upon. The only downside is that they are a bit cumbersome.
I found the idea here:

Best ramps I ever had. The only thing different that I did, was bevel the leading edges of the "steps" about 45 degrees. Definitely my favorite

Those are awesome! I use 2 2x6 board to get my car off the ground high enough to jack it up. but that is an awesome idea for a set of ramps!!!!

I knew this thread would reap benefits!
