I got the MMR Intake installed and Wow, I didn't expect to feel much difference but even my husband said he couldn't believe it. Sounds nice too My check engine light came on the next day as they said it might. Hopefully it will go out after 200 mi.

you need a tune now. that will clear up that CEL problem.

 

I'm going to put JBA exhaust on then see about getting a tune. I just don't know where I would bring it for that? Can the dealer do it?

 

No, the dealer won't custom tune your car. If you don't have a tuner in your area, one of the canned programs from SCT or Diablo would be much better than driving without a tune. Your car is running lean now, and I highly recommend using the intake only with a custom tune.

 

Oh $hit I will see if I can find someone around here that does it. Maybe check with the local Mustang club.

I got the SCT flash and it worked great. Huge difference compared to just the MMR intake kit. I still need to get the car tuned properly, hopefully this month.
