OK I pulled the trigger on the "new and improved" MGW shifter. I was wondering where most of you have your shifter set. How many turns out? I need a starting point and would rather not mess around with it any more than I have to since I will have the car on jack stands.

I think mine is around 4 turns. I didn't want any contact with my DS or DS loop.

 

I went 6. Thinking about 7.

 

I'm not a pvssy so I went straight to 10. HAHA. I keep the **** set as far up as possible too for the most leverage.

I tried like 5 and it was still to far. I think Taco Bill has his at seven so i figured what is good enough for him is good enough for me

 

I went with either 7 or 8...can't quite remember now haha
