I emailed MGW this morning asking about the shifter for the '05 and got a reply saying hopefully they will be ready this spring. Not only am I impressed with their previous shifter designs, but it seems like their customer service is responsive. Always a plus in my book.

If nothing else, it gives us something to compare to the Steeda shifter (that also looks very nice).

 

By coincidence I also emailed them today and was told late spring. George at MGW is a class act and I will definitely be waiting for the new shifter. If the 05 shifter is like the others from MGW it will throw shorter and have none of the additional noise of the Tri-ax.

 

MGW is top rate for sure. Good people.

 

He makes great stuff for sure. But he's a small operation, and I wouldn't hold your breath on 05' stuff. My wife tried to order the A/C ***** not realizing they wouldn't fit the 05'. He told her Janurary, right after the holidays I'll have them ready.

Approaching middle of February, and I do see he's making a new set for the 04'.

Actually in all fairness he's probably retooling and trying to burn through his in stock quantities so it doesn't go to waste.

 

Call George directly and ask him about the 05 stuff. His website isn't updated as regularly as some people would like.
